Founded in early 2017 by Nicky Valiant, the company aims to simplify the often complicated and time-consuming licensing process, with a high commitment to the values of reliability, professional expertise, and transparency. In providing its services, PT Atrahdis Idea Nusantara offers a wide range of licensing solutions, including the processing of Business Entity Certificates (SBU), Construction Services Business License (SIUJK), and other special permits needed to support various construction activities and infrastructure projects. We have expertise in handling licenses for various types of projects, both large and small, and have successfully assisted many well-known companies, including Sumitomo Corporation, PT Koka Indonesia, other PMA Pt as well as subsidiaries of Pertamina and PLN.

The history and achievements of PT Atrahdis Idea Nusantara began in June 2014 when Nicky Valiant ventured into the world of construction business entity certificate licensing. With a clear vision and an urgent need from clients for reliable services, Valiant established PT Atrahdis in early 2017. The company is committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations by offering credible collaboration, not just as an individual.
Beginning of the Company
In February 2017, PT Atrahdis Idea Nusantara was officially established with the aim to simplify the complex licensing process in the construction and electricity industry in Indonesia. As a company founded on the real needs of clients for reliable licensing services, PT. Atrahdis started its journey with a focus on integrity, reliability, and transparency.
Progress and Challenges
Since its inception, PT Atrahdis has faced various challenges, including fluctuating government regulations and cumbersome document submission processes. One of the major challenges faced was the rejection of files during license applications, which required quick responses and innovative solutions.
Success in overcoming this challenge was evident when they managed to obtain an SBU for a PMA Company as the Chairman of the Association of Chinese Companies in Indonesia despite being faced with broken promises by two different associations and denial of processing by many other consultants and associations. When files are rejected during submission, it is not only the technical knowledge that is tested, but also the team’s resilience and ability to innovate solutions. However, through persistent efforts, PT Atrahdis managed to overcome these obstacles and get the results required by the contractor.
Service Expansion
The expansion of services and the ability to serve a wide spectrum of clients, from large corporations to small contractors, has also marked Atrahdis’ growth. They have assisted high-profile clients such as Sumitomo Corporation, several PT PMA, as well as subsidiaries from Pertamina and PLN, to publicly listed subsidiaries, demonstrating their expertise in navigating the complexities of licensing.
PT Atrahdis Idea Nusantara not only assists in the processing of Business Entity Certificates (SBU) and its derivatives such as Construction Services SBU and Electricity Services SBU, but also takes care of various other types of certifications and licenses. This includes expert certification, borrowing certificates for companies that do not yet have, association membership, public accountant financial audit reports, company SMK3, AK3U, as well as license processes on OSS such as KBLI updates, NIB updates, and standard certificate verification. In addition, PT Atrahdis also offers consultation and certification for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001, as well as CSMS documents commonly requested by state-owned companies. For the oil and gas sector, they can take care of registered lubricant numbers, and for industry, they help with SNI, TKDN, and Postel.
